I wanted a vehicle that I saw online and now I have the car I always wanted. Alex in Finance helped me get the cheapest deal possible and worked to get me a better deal 4 days after I got the car. Vehicle was priced at 23950 on internet. After talking on the phone 4 different times and asking for an out the door number each time they finally told me 34500. Overall I'm satisfied with the work performed. Due to supply chain issues, it took 4 months to obtain the parts needed for my car. Once these parts were received, Ford service needed to fit in m Due to supply chain issues, it took 4 months to obtain the parts needed for my car. Once these parts were received, Ford service needed to fit in my car with all the rest of the cars in the service dept. It took 5 months to complete this work. The Service tech timely followed up with me to keep me informed on the status throughout this 5 month period of time. One thing I was not able to consistently contact the service department to leave a message due to a full mailbox and rarely did anyone directly answer the phone. This could improve significantly and I would have been happy to receive a text or email update as well. I had to call in multiple times to try and reach someone which was difficult. Also since the car was there for so many months, I would have expected them to wash it before giving it back to me. More
