They'll keep your vehicle hostage for a month before even looking at it unless it's to repair something else they deem necessary by stating " vehicle is unsafe". You as the vehicle owner must not be ignorant to what's wrong with it and also should be prepared to "tell" them what to do. If it isn't plug and play repair, forget it unless you fix the issue yourself. More

Amir was not as seasoned as most salesman I've run into. He showed me the car we took it for a ride. We tried everything in the car except the CD player but assured me everything worked. When I called back, I spoke to the General manager Alex. When I told him the problem his answer was what do you want me to do about it. I told him well I put out 35000.00 cash I expect it to be fixed. He said that the car was sold as is and I told him yeah with everything working. He connected me to Andrew in service and I have an appointment this Saturday. I hope I don't get any backlash and the CD player is fixed or replaced. More
