Wow - This was terrible I purchased a new Focus from this dealership. From the beginning it was horrible. I wanted to look at a specific car. It was a new but a prior mode I purchased a new Focus from this dealership. From the beginning it was horrible. I wanted to look at a specific car. It was a new but a prior model year so had a really good price. I called in the morning to make sure the car was there. I was assured it would be ready and waiting. I got there and found it was not there and had not been there for a while as the car was in the fleet of cars they put out as loaners. Can you say Bait and Switch. I found another car. They use incredibly hard sell. Keep you there, give you sob stories the whole bit from high pressure car dealerships. They wear you down. OK, I negotiate a price, added a package that takes care protects the car. Come to find out that night the guy selling that lied. I don't mean misled, I mean out right lied. Oh well, buyer beware. I take the car home, scheduled an appointment to bring it back in for protection. While in for protection they hit my car and put a big hole in the bumper. Accidents happen. The said it would be done in about a week. They called, said it was done. I said I needed a detailed receipt from the autobody shop with the exact parts they replaced so I could have my autobody ship verify that the parts were genuine ford parts (they had to replace the whole bumper). When I mentioned that I was going to have it checked out they all of the sudden had to keep it another week. I'm pretty sure they authorized a sub standard replacement bumper and had to take that one off and replace it with the OEM bumper. When they called to say it was done I verified the detailed list of parts from the autobody shop was there. OH, yes it's here. So I drive the hour to the dealership. Nope, no receipt. Of course they can't get the receipt. The service manager was horrible! He treated me like I was expecting the world. He went so far as to say my autobody shop was probably corrupt and not qualified to assess the work. Wow. I called my husband when the manager started ranting so he could hear the conversation. To top off the experience when they brought my now protected and repaired new car out I gave it a quick glance and found this 3" circle of gunk right at eye level on the back hatch. The service guy said, oh that's just a sticker. When I pointed out that I just had this car "protected" and that the protection must have been done over the sticker goo, he stomped off to get a rag to clean it up. On closer look there were patches like this all over my car. To the service managers credit he did spend the next 30 minutes rubbing the gunk off my car! I don't know if this was because I'm female or because I challenged them but this dealership is by far the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I like the car. More
Longer than normal oil change I love this dealership and would recommend anyone to use it. My only complaint was the length of the oil change last weekend. My tech said it would be about an hour and a half since it was Saturday morning. That was fine so I decided to wait. The actual time was two hours and forty minutes which again, is ok. I just wish I had known it would take that long Beto would have done a drop off. More

Emergency repair I showed up without an appointment as a wrench error code appeared and I wanted them to diagnose code which had randomly appeared while my car was run I showed up without an appointment as a wrench error code appeared and I wanted them to diagnose code which had randomly appeared while my car was running . They were able to diagnose the problem and fix the car while I waited which was a huge relief! More

Service visit I was greeted quickly and professionally by my service writer Zach. The write up process was very convenient. I was shown to the multiple waiting area I was greeted quickly and professionally by my service writer Zach. The write up process was very convenient. I was shown to the multiple waiting areas and offered complimentary refreshments. The is a very well designed dealership. The work was done in a very timely manner and my vehicle was washed and waiting for me in the pickup area. I've been to and dealt with many service directors in the past, but my experience with Mark DeLordo was amazing. This is a person who truly cares about his department and and customers ,one of the best I have seen in a long time! More
