The receptionist who helped make the appointment was kind and knowledgeable. The service rep was helpful, answered questions, and was straight forward in saying it would take about an hour. This gave me time to go looking in the showroom, where i met another friendly and knowledgeable person(Patrick) to answer questions and show me a couple of cars. We will need to return to have the repairs done as parts had to be ordered, but i anticipate a good experience at that time as well. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my car towed to this location because it is close to home and my vehicle was sendin DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my car towed to this location because it is close to home and my vehicle was sending a high engine temperature message to the computer but it wasnt overheating. When the dealership called me back they said nothing was wrong with it and that it would be $140-$150 for the mechanics time and all they did was reset the computer of its codes. Very disappointed in the service after bc I picked up my car and noticed my ipass was missing and saw online that I had a charge on my ipass account during the time my vehicle was in the shop(charge made Sunday night at 10:29pm). What dealership is open this late????? I called them Monday and I asked where it went and why it was charged on a Sunday night when the dealership is closed. The service manager was very rude and spoke as if he was guilty of committing a crime. He was very defensive when I asked them and he yelled "get me proof it was us. Otherwise you can get the xxxx off the phone with all that nonsense. You're not blaming my guys for something that you cant prove and im not trying to hear all that." My vehicle broke down a month later and i needed a tow but of I took my car to the HOPKINS FORD IN ELGIN and they said I had a coolant sensor that was broken and some other electrical issues going on too. HOW DID YOU PEOPLE MISS THIS! I litterally told the service department that it was my coolant sensor and you people DID NOTHING!!!! $150 just to have it driven around by someone late at night and to be treated poorly. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!!! I will drive the half hour to HOPKINS FORD IN ELGIN because I know I wont be screwed over and that they will take care of me no matter what. More

Great experience at Rohrman Ford, thanks Tom Service experience was very good, although I was disappointed the isolated power loss issue could not be duplicated, only b/c of the uncertainty of a Service experience was very good, although I was disappointed the isolated power loss issue could not be duplicated, only b/c of the uncertainty of a reoccurace. I am happy my focus received a clean bill of health. At a time when service everywhere is aweful and good service skills expectations are apparently nonexistant from employers; I think employers just give in to the snowflake generation. Additionally, I think most surveys are ridiculous and I rarely fill any out. If I do fill out a survey or am asked to judge something I am a pretty tough critic, but fair & accurate, and I would never give out a 5/5 stars much less 3/5 in almost all my experiences in the snowflake era unless I felt it deserved. I would say, Tom Martin, provided the best service I have encountered anywhere in recent years, thanks Tom. GT More
