last "service" was barley service, van was returned to me with low tire pressure, no car wash, windshield fluid low etc. Then they charged me at extra fee for using a debit card. It was a much better experience that 15 months ago when I had to go to another Ford dealer because of phone system problems at Schaumburg Ford. Unfortunately this was my 2nd unnecessary visit back for service. This was do to previous work done on my truck and the tech didn't check the "check engine light". Was a loosen O2 sensor. First time was had scheduled for a repair cause the part was going to be in at scheduled time and it wasn't. Then waited 2 more weeks due to the Parts Dept issue. On a positive note the Advisors/Cashier's i work with are always nice and helpful. More
