Great staff, upfront about the prices, didn’t add a “surcharge” over MSRP (that most dealers are adding due to low supply and huge demand), and they don’t charge a dealer fee. Needless to say we are looking to purchase another vehicle in next 6 months and it will not be Ford unfortunately.(I have been buying Fords for over 40yrs and my parents as well.)Hector Isabelle is an vehicle in next 6 months and it will not be Ford unfortunately.(I have been buying Fords for over 40yrs and my parents as well.)Hector Isabelle is an amazing sales person/Gentleman and Sawgrass Ford is lucky to have him but the treatment of the service sealed my deal. I need a good dependable close to home service dept and Sawgrass Ford is NOT . They are deceitful on the warranty/recall/defect information they give customers. Iv had issues for the past 5yrs and giving the benefit of doubt thought it would get better in which it got WORSE. I have not had 1 but multiple issues with service from ,deceitful information/no updates /call backs that cost me money multiple times where it shouldnt have and we extend our warranties every time at renewal..(the best customer they could have) It is important to purchase a vehicle but more importantly a dependable service department is more important. This is not my opinion of Sawgrass Ford but they are facts from years of experience with them I am sharing. I am not a ranting person but when things dont improve and I gave opportunity multiple times and it DID NOT, then I will voice my opinion/facts. Keep in mind when buying ANY vehicle check the service dept out and talk to friends and neighbors (reviews sometime) to see your best fit before you purchase a vehicle. If i could only give 1 star i would have. More

This is our 3rd time buying or leasing a ford and sawgrass never disappoints. In fact we have a ford dealer less than a mile from our home and each time we buy a car we decide to deal with sawgrass w sawgrass never disappoints. On July 28TH, Thursday, I Had My Car Serviced At The Sawgrass Ford Dealership (Quick Lane) With Mr. Sedano. It Was Time To Have My Vehicle Serviced. In Which, Mr. Sedano Advised Me Of What I Needed To Sawgrass Ford Dealership (Quick Lane) With Mr. Sedano. It Was Time To Have My Vehicle Serviced. In Which, Mr. Sedano Advised Me Of What I Needed To Have Serviced , The Cost And Time It Should Be Completed. My Car Was Ready On Time And The Car Runs Great. The Quote, Time And Performance Of My Vehicle, Was Great And I’m A Very Satisfied Customer (As Always). I’m Always Satisfied With Sawgrass Ford And It’s A Dealership That, I Trust And Always Feel Like A Valued Customer. Thank You Mr. Sedano And My Sawgrass Ford Family. If I could write ZERO stars I would. First of all I purchased a truck at this dealer a few years ago. I've had it serviced there regularly since then. Most recently I spent over $500.00 First of all I purchased a truck at this dealer a few years ago. I've had it serviced there regularly since then. Most recently I spent over $500.00 to have the spark plugs changed on my truck, regular maintenance. After only driving a few thousand miles (3,000) my truck started stalling out. I took it to a local mechanic who told me the coil packs and bolts look like they've never been touched. When he pulled out the spark plugs they were the ORIGINAL Ford spark plugs that came from the factory. I contacted the service manager right away. Conveniently has was "unavailable". We decided to go to the showroom in person. The service manager Mike Polenski was there and was absolutely of no help. To say he couldn't care less in an understatement. He was extremely unapologetic, rude and unaccommodating. He claimed the spark plugs "didn't look old". He wanted me to "bring the truck in" which is currently disassembled because the coils and plugs were being checked. When I told him to send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle he refused. To say that this is by far the worst customer service and a RIP OFF is an understatement. By taking my vehicle to the DEALER I assumed I would get honest and quality service. But this dealer is full of THIEVES starting with the service manager. To say I am surprised would be inaccurate because I've been told by one of their mechanics that many times they just "push the vehicles through" and don't service them!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! I will be disputing this charge with my Amex company, reporting them to the BBB and writing a letter to their corporate office. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. They are LYING and STEALING from their customers. I am completely appalled and disgusted by this dealer. Needless to say they have lost a customer. IF you do get service I URGE you to have it double checked elsewhere!!!!!!! More
