Everyone I dealt with at Sawgrass was a relief from the norm of car shopping. Juan, Nick, Clayton, and even the Finance guy were all a pleasure to deal with. No xx, no additional fees, no pressure, no "s norm of car shopping. Juan, Nick, Clayton, and even the Finance guy were all a pleasure to deal with. No xx, no additional fees, no pressure, no "selling me" anything. I walked in an hour before closing and 5 minutes after closing Juan was showing me how to use the Ford Pass app and sending me on my way. I have to saw that this dealer experiece heavily influenced me buying a Ford truck after dealing with numerous Toyota and Ram dealers in south FL over the past few days. More

Great staff, upfront about the prices, didn’t add a “surcharge” over MSRP (that most dealers are adding due to low supply and huge demand), and they don’t charge a dealer fee. Needless to say we are looking to purchase another vehicle in next 6 months and it will not be Ford unfortunately.(I have been buying Fords for over 40yrs and my parents as well.)Hector Isabelle is an vehicle in next 6 months and it will not be Ford unfortunately.(I have been buying Fords for over 40yrs and my parents as well.)Hector Isabelle is an amazing sales person/Gentleman and Sawgrass Ford is lucky to have him but the treatment of the service sealed my deal. I need a good dependable close to home service dept and Sawgrass Ford is NOT . They are deceitful on the warranty/recall/defect information they give customers. Iv had issues for the past 5yrs and giving the benefit of doubt thought it would get better in which it got WORSE. I have not had 1 but multiple issues with service from ,deceitful information/no updates /call backs that cost me money multiple times where it shouldnt have and we extend our warranties every time at renewal..(the best customer they could have) It is important to purchase a vehicle but more importantly a dependable service department is more important. This is not my opinion of Sawgrass Ford but they are facts from years of experience with them I am sharing. I am not a ranting person but when things dont improve and I gave opportunity multiple times and it DID NOT, then I will voice my opinion/facts. Keep in mind when buying ANY vehicle check the service dept out and talk to friends and neighbors (reviews sometime) to see your best fit before you purchase a vehicle. If i could only give 1 star i would have. More
