Friday came and the car was still not serviced. Only moved from side to side ( I have the GPS in the car ). Why schedule an appt if it's not going to be serviced? Imagine scheduling a doctor's appointment and you're still sitting in the waiting room for 4 days??? When we purchased the car, there was a customer complaining about the same issue and my husband and I looked and heard all the commotion for the same reason. Now, we're experiencing it. When we picked up the car ( WITHOUT being serviced ) the Service Advisor, Michael Promyslovsky said " sorry we couldn't service the car", shake my husband's hand and just walked away.. No apology. No " let's see what we can do for you, basically just walked away. A 3-second conversation. I rarely post reviews, but this one really lit a fire in my soul to express this major concern which I'm sure it's the norm for this location; Sawgrass Ford. More
We bought a CPO vehicle here from the sales person Angel Martinez. There were a few issues with the vehicle which he stated would be fixed, but we would have to bring the car back. He said he would have all the parts ordered on Monday (we purchased on a Saturday) and they would call us when they were in. 6 weeks later they can't even see if the parts were ever ordered. The sales rep, Angel, was rude as possible on the phone to us when we were following up to see if the parts were in. He seemed upset that we were following up on what he promised to do weeks before. Additionally items promised in the sales process were not honored once we got to the finance department. Trade in process was pretty shady as well. We were treated like we were hiding something the whole time. Overall not a pleasant experience. More
