I think $2200 is a lot for a tuneup and oil change! Also car was returned to me without being washed lacks Class! Every dealership gives you a clean car back. Especially these days!! I came into the dealership for a checkup and was given a possible reason and assigned a mechanic by the name of Pedro. He was to examine my car and call me in an hour. After an hour I returned to pick up my possible reason and assigned a mechanic by the name of Pedro. He was to examine my car and call me in an hour. After an hour I returned to pick up my car snd found out that Pedro was not available to tell me the results of his check up and I was unable to get a bill and or an explaination of the problem. I had to wait an additional hour before I got an report on the status of my car, got the bill and left. Unfortunately this was not the only issue I have had with this dealership, but my regular mechanic was unable to help with the current issue so I brought it back. I took my Fiat to a Northern California dealership and was not satisfied with services. Santa Monica apologized for the inability to service my Fiat due to the prolonged time in Fiat parts.
