It started well with the recalls being done. I parked my car back at one of my homes. I don’t drive it then 2 weeks later when I go for a drive the engine light is on. I return to the dealership, they charg car back at one of my homes. I don’t drive it then 2 weeks later when I go for a drive the engine light is on. I return to the dealership, they charge 225 to figure it out when they were the one who made that light lit up. I went to my home mechanic instead, he fixed it in less than an hour and for nearly nothing since the dealership didn’t do their job proper. I was open to the idea of a dealership but if I had to redo it all, after the facts, Fiat Santa Monica would have gone straight to the bureau of transportation. More
It's small so you always feel like you're getting personal service. But it would be nice if when you brought your car in for servicing that they could courtesy wash the car for you. I got greeted by a lady right away and loved how she offered me complimentary drinks. Even though I didn’t take one I just loved that she acknowledged and nicely offered. Then I was greeted by Ken and h offered me complimentary drinks. Even though I didn’t take one I just loved that she acknowledged and nicely offered. Then I was greeted by Ken and he helped me right away. He got me in and out of there knowing that i had to get back to work. I love that that they offer the ride service that overall made everything easy and convenient for me. Within a couple of days he reached out to me through email and updated me on the status. He took the time to go over the estimate and explained everything (because I am a girl I know nothing about cars). I like how he wasn’t so pushy about it and allowed me to take care of what is important to fix first. Maintenance on a car can be pricey but he understood what was more important to me. I’m glad I took my car there and I would recommend this place to others. More
