I always have a horrible experience here. This time I was sent to the rental location where they had one Mitsubishi Mirage, which is clearly not equivalent in size nor caliber of car I have. I ended up havi sent to the rental location where they had one Mitsubishi Mirage, which is clearly not equivalent in size nor caliber of car I have. I ended up having to wait over an hour before any vehicles came back because no one at Alfa Romeo wanted to increase the $30 amount to anything higher, in which once i got my service advisor, Pedro, on the phone, that there had to be a comparable $40,000 car there. Completely and utterly unprofessional and I absolutely will not be purchasing a 4th Alfa Romeo due to the horrendous service i received. More
