I took my Fiat spider in for an oil change and Ken was there to help me in the service department. My appointment was at 1:00PM for a routine maintenance. At 2:10 my car was still on the driveway and no maintenance. After I complained with Pedro he pushed my car in. the oil change, tire rotation and all the other inspection, plus my A/C was done in 40 minutes. I was at the dealer until 3:30PM. 2 and half hours for a 40 minute job at $270.00. Was this a job well done, I will neve know! Plus they left my passenger window open in the rain, everything was soaked. The customer service has degraded terribly since I purchased my car 5 years ago. I will consider taking my car to another dealer for some warranty repairs. More
