I leased an Alfa Stelvio 2021 in late October 2021. The process took 5+ hours when I already was standing firm on my offer. Next thing 10 days later my engine light was on, the service department informed process took 5+ hours when I already was standing firm on my offer. Next thing 10 days later my engine light was on, the service department informed me that there was a leak in the “system” and they will need to replace a couple of the parts. They kept my car for over a week or so and I had to keep reaching out for updates. Less than a couple weeks later I got rear ended, a witness said that it didn’t look like my break lights were working. They referred me to a nightmare of a Body Shop and when I reached out to Ken and Joe they would not assist me and Joe hung up on me. It will be another 2 months until I get my car back and insurance won’t cover a car rental because my car is just sitting in the shop not being worked on. Overall the staff at this dealership have either been bully’s and or inappropriately flirtatious. I would advise going somewhere else. More

Their staff was outstanding at every level from the sale, to the paperwork to managing a 2500 mile delivery. I greatly appreciated their candor and their honest approach to the sale. They even honored a military service discount to the sale that they were not obligated to do. While I was nervous about purchasing a car from across the country sight unseen it was an outstanding experience that I would recommend to others. RLTW More
