I i had horrible experience I made a deal witnessed and reorded the car was ready when I got there it was a Sunday night I waited quite a while for the fi nance guy he had me sign everything on a tablet af reorded the car was ready when I got there it was a Sunday night I waited quite a while for the fi nance guy he had me sign everything on a tablet after multiple signings we got to the lease he told me it was exactly what was agreed on signed he said they would furnish the copies they never did when ii received my bill I found they added an additional 4000 dollar s when I contacted the sales person and sales manager they told me I could do nothing about it they are very sleazy people taking advantage of an older person More

Ian 80 years old I made a deal witnessed by my son and a friend we were told to come pick up the car it was ready when we arrived the manager told us what a great deal we got we waited for nearly an hour fo friend we were told to come pick up the car it was ready when we arrived the manager told us what a great deal we got we waited for nearly an hour for the finance man he had me sign many documents on the tablet the next to last doc was the lease he told me in fromt of my son it was as agrred i receivind no copies and left with the car yesterday I received my starmnent from ally with a much higher nab et then I agreed to I called the manager he denied he made the deal his sales person said she can’t get I Nvol Ed I have wittiness and his voicemail con firming the dear he deny everything I am prepared to take whatever action necessary he knows my age and my wife is dying of cancer he is atonal sleexr More
