Cesar Pleitez is great. He kept me up to date on my AC repair and handled the warranty claim with my non-BMW policy. The warranty company put up obstacles to delay but Cesar He kept me up to date on my AC repair and handled the warranty claim with my non-BMW policy. Originally told it would take 48 hours but took a week and a half. Communication was non existent and I had to reach out for updates. When trying to contact my service rep Alex, for over an hour I never got a return call to answer some questions I had before picking up my vehicle. So I called an Uber to take me to the shop. Upon receivin hour I never got a return call to answer some questions I had before picking up my vehicle. So I called an Uber to take me to the shop. Upon receiving my vehicle it was returned to me with service engineer lights still showing constantly as well as the Brake and ABS system lights. I was told by service technician and representative that my braking system had been repaired and was in great condition but the light system doesn’t agree and reads that something is still not right. So now I am here at the service shop again, and honestly it’s very disappointing. Why wasn’t this issue resolved and why wasn’t I given information at pick up, as to why this issue with the lights being on, remained, after said $7000 worth of repairs were completed? More
I brought my car in for a simple oil change. 24 hours later, the engine light went on. I brought the car back. They would not look at it right away.
