I have been with this dealership for over 35 years! ! They have always been great. My problem is that it gets so expensive to service cars over 3 years old. Switched from a different service center. SM was friendly. Loaner service was critical and car wash nice touch. SMBMW called me when my service was completed, Uber picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why call me when the car wasn't ready, then my car came out half washed, i said what's this? He told me that I was in a hurry, I told him I wasn't in a hurry, they called and said my car was ready, needless to say, it was a bad experience. More
