The service people were great, sending a video of what they were working on and giving updates. However, the service advisors and managers were almost worthless. Tried to not honor the warranty, forcing to do repairs at their service, don't true to their word. Replaced the radiator hose. After a few months coolant level lowered, cane in, they did not find anything, their service, don't true to their word. Replaced the radiator hose. After a few months coolant level lowered, cane in, they did not find anything, topped the level and advised to keep an eye on it. Few months - same thing, brought the car again, they said it's the same hose but service manager, Pablo, refused to honor the warranty, saying that "the oil leaking under the filter housing causing the damage of the hose". Despite the are located at the different areas under the hood and on the same level (the hose is the upper radiator hose and located at the top of everything). After I talked to their service manager though he immediately said that they would replace it by warranty. However, Pablo kept saying in my next visits that they did me a favor replacing this hose for free... This was not the end unfortunately. After I picked up the car, in 10 minutes the warning popped up that coolant level is low, after another 5 minutes, the temperature started to rise and I had to stop on the 405. Opened the hood - one hose (another one) is completely off the engine, no coolant. Had to tow my car back home where I fixed it by myself next day (it was Saturday and they were closed). After I showed up next Monday, the service manager, Caesar said that "he would take care of it and replace this hose at no charge". I brought the car on Friday and at the end of the day got a call from Pablo saying that they "don't feel" to replace that hose unless I replace the filter housing gasket. I refused saying that by CA laws I'm free to do repairs at any facility by my choice. So he said that in this case they won't replace that hose and I can pick up my car. I completely dissatisfied with their service provided. It's the closest dealership to me but next time if I need, I better go to another dealership More

Bad experience in the beginning. I was told over phone to come in to get new tires. Upon arrival I was told to check in with Bill, service agent which I did and he said I cannot help I was told over phone to come in to get new tires. Upon arrival I was told to check in with Bill, service agent which I did and he said I cannot help you I am leaving in 20 minutes and did not help me further, which I then had to go back and check in with another guy who sent me to Manny, who was very helpful and was able to assist in getting my tires done that day. I came in for a recall/ diagnostic* I just feel it was not through. Fortunate for me I have a mech. I can afford and when he did 1 of the 5 problems he found and other (Radiator leak) I was in the impress not through. Fortunate for me I have a mech. I was hoping for a readout of a scanner. Didn’t get one and I totally forgot to mention that the CD cartridge is not working maybe thats not part of the diagnostic? just expected more for $240. More
