I was able to make a service appointment with no issue. They addressed and fixed the issue in two days. My only complaint was that loaner cars are unavailable. Car had a defective roof seal that caused some components to be damaged by rain, they wanted $3500 to fix the problem. Finance told me the warranty I had puerchased was an extended warranty that covered the to be damaged by rain, they wanted $3500 to fix the problem.
