My entire experience was clinical, robotic and impersonal outside of Suza. She was wonderful. I understand my reason for coming was a recalled airbag but I would never buy another BMW or go to SM for anythin outside of Suza. She was wonderful. Spent $4000 on engine service/repair. Car failed smog test twice. Cesar (head of service) was rude and made it clear he didn't have time for me and my small problem. I have filed a for Car failed smog test twice. Cesar (head of service) was rude and made it clear he didn't have time for me and my small problem. I have filed a formal complaint with BMW as I was charged nearly $780 for a new battery. 1/2 of those charges were for labor to install the battery. The highest price quoted from other BMW services in the area was $355, labor & battery included. More
