Pretty bad experience. Very expensive service (i.e. $270 for an oil change!?!) Some other charges, had no choice. The guy at the loaner drove off with the loaner with the 2 seats in it after I told him DO NOT take the car. Overall terrible experience from start to finish. Really love that they text you updates and provide a video of the work performed/things they checked. I didn't actually interat with the team as my husband dropped the car off, but as far as I know, eve video of the work performed/things they checked. Chris was a 5 star guy as always - however in dropping off the car some of the guys were rude and wouldn't move a car up so I could pull in so I had to sit in the street for 35 minutes ...
