Pretty bad experience. Very expensive service (i.e. $270 for an oil change!?!) Some other charges, had no choice. I asked for a large loaner cause I have 3 carseats and I w Very expensive service (i.e. $270 for an oil change!?!) Some other charges, had no choice. I asked for a large loaner cause I have 3 carseats and I was given an X3 that required an oil change. The guy at the loaner drove off with the loaner with the 2 seats in it after I told him DO NOT take the car. Overall terrible experience from start to finish. Only good thing was Cesar managed to get the car back to me same day. More

Chris was a 5 star guy as always - however in dropping off the car some of the guys were rude and wouldn't move a car up so I could pull in so I had to sit in the street for 35 minutes ...
