The initial process was cooperative and led to an acceptable negotiation. The car was not ready for delivery. We waited for the car to be cleaned for about an hour. When we finally hiked to see the vehicle and try it out, Gary was rude to my wife. Rather than soothing her discomfort, he assumed a defensive attitude. After that, I had to wait about 1 hour for the paperwork to be prepared. Once I had signed, Gary was not available to deliver the car. Nobody could find him. When he finally did appear, he put on the paper license plates and that was the end. I figured out the changes in operation of the car, in comparison to our 3 year old X3, myself. More
My car died upon my arrival in Santa Monica- and I happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. The team at the dealership handled everything over less than 48 hours, replaced my hybrid battery and ha happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. Poor experience all the way around. Additionally being given a quote to replace a battery that was changed less than 2 years ago - in a car that's not used often - seems downright shady. More
