Spent $4000 on engine service/repair. Car failed smog test twice. Cesar (head of service) was rude and made it clear he didn't have time for me and my small problem. The highest price quoted from other BMW services in the area was $355, labor & battery included. More

This dealership needs to learn how to communicate with customers. All service advisors should call our text their customers as to the status of their cars before leaving for the day. I called eleven times yesterday to try to reach a human being to find out if/when my car was ready. So frustrating! In addition, I was charged $680 for labor for inspecting my car to tell me everything is fine which I knew because my car has very low mileage. $680! How much an hour is that? So I paid $850 to have a couple of fluids topped off. That's absolute robbery!!! Shameful! If I didn't have an electric car I would NEVER go to that dealership. More
