I have been coming to SMBMW for service for over 25 years and CRISTAL HURTADO is by far and away the best Service Consultant I have ever worked with. Knowledgable, efficient, timely and reachable. More often than not when I call her she is there to answer the phone. In the past, I always just got the service consultant's voicemail and would usually have to call repeatedly to either get them to call me back or even better have them actually answer the phone - but that rarely happened. And Cristal walked/talked me through the whole process of watching the videos and approving what needed to be done and putting it in the shopping cart etc. That was all new to me and I was a little nervous about how it all worked. Working with Cristal has made to whole process so much nicer and easier - I used to dread having to do services, repairs etc. with SMBMW. This time is was a pleasure - except for the price tag! More

best bmw dealership! ! All the service people there are realy nice and helpful! Danny, the service manager is awesome!! (I go in quite a bit because I have an old bmw.) ! All the service people there are realy nice and helpful! Danny, the service manager is awesome!! (I go in quite a bit because I have an old bmw.) Not to mention they are ethical and can be trusted. Danny keeps telling me not to put any more money into my very OLD bmw! LOL now that's honest! I had gone to a independant (cheaper) mechanic and he tried to sell me brakes. When I went to SM BMW, they said I don't need brakes! For me, finding a mechanic that you can trust is a lot, these days. More
