Hard to get a service rep on the phone, but appointments seem easy enough to get online. Once there, everyone is affab;e and easy to talk to. Less attitude than in prior years. Relentlessly high pricing, which is true of any dealership. The part required a 12 volt starter battery was only available through them. The part was $455 but then they charged another $400 to "register" it with BMW, also a mandatory charge. They said installation would be about 45 minutes but that registering it online was more labor intensive. What an arrogant crock of xx! Can't wait until affordable electric cars become more available. More

The sale was great but the delivery was not. So many things went wrong. My car was not ready. A detailing was not done. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication during this 2 plus month ordeal. I felt phone calls would have been more helpful and requested them during the process (never received). That said, I appreciate that a discount was given to address this and that I was able to use a loaner throughout the process at no additional cost. That’s why I give a fair as opposed to poor. More
