Best BMW service advisor in LA! Caesar Pleitez at SM BMW is awesome. He really cares about you and your vehicle. This has not been my experience at two other dealers since I brou Caesar Pleitez at SM BMW is awesome. He really cares about you and your vehicle. This has not been my experience at two other dealers since I brought my X5 here from Cleveland in 2022. The service department at Classic BMW in Cleveland is excellent and aligns with the brand. I have used 2 other BMW dealers in LA and service was not close to Classic until I found Caesar. If you want a real service advisor who looks out for the customer try Santa Monica BMW and definitely ask for Caesar. Thanks for all the help Caesar really appreciate it! More

Have to take in my car for the same issue several times because they can’t recreate it. They came up with a nonsense excuse for something they didn’t know how to fix. Also, this is the second time they did because they can’t recreate it. They came up with a nonsense excuse for something they didn’t know how to fix.
