I was forced to visit the service center on a number of occasions for the same problem. I believe in the product but not necessarily the mechanics working on the vehicles. Some mechanics are novices and do not know as much as the more experienced mechanics. More

When I first made my appt for service I asked if ther were any loaner cars and they said no when I got there to drop my car off a woman next to me says I will need a liner car and immediately they starte were any loaner cars and they said no when I got there to drop my car off a woman next to me says I will need a liner car and immediately they started the process.
