Manfred was very helpful with getting all of my service needs met. Jimmy, the shop foreman, took time to check out an unusual noise, and Danny, the service manager, coordinated a loaner car. The car was supposed to be ready for the drive around with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not have their cars ready either. So I didn’t get the drive-through. Obviously they hadn’t throughout the whole process through because they brought the car up dirty and without gas in it when I had brought their car back with a full tank as opposed to 3/4.unbelievable, every time there is a Snafu - some small thing that’s irritating that they don’t do right .
