Brought the car in on a Tuesday with a promised pick up on Friday. Never heard anything, took me several calls to get through. At one point got patched together with another customer in the line, completel on Friday. Never heard anything, took me several calls to get through. Service technician was unresponsive and hard to get a hold off, took several calls to get responses and none of them were definite. All in all a week total to get the car back for an inspection. Very frustrated, can't recommend that dealer, they used to be much better in the past. More

Everyone was wonderful from the test drive to the closing and delivery. Both my salesman and the administrator who closed the deal answered all of my questions clearly.
