Hassle free appointment, good partial payment Uber arrangement, car was ready on time. The only suggestion I have is that when you call a customer for pickup at a given time lets say 530pm, then the b arrangement, car was ready on time. BMW had our car for 1 month, and ultimately the diagnosis was that a subscription was expired. This seems like something that should have been solved in a day. We are still skeptical of this diagnosis and asked the dealership to give us a trial membership to confirm this would fix our problem, they said they could not. We asked if we could purchase the subscription ourselves and if it did not fix the problem can we get refunded - again, we were told this was not an option. Long story short, our car was gone for 1 month and absolutely nothing was fixed. And the bigger issue is that this problem began after the car was brought in for another service. More
After an unexpected health issue, they went above and beyond to bring me my car and pick up the loaner. No begging, escalation, or frustration necessary. And, they reserve a loaner. My Service Associate is MANFRED GUZMAN. I've been with him since 2013 and have always leased BMWs. WIth the recent rains in California, the state is having issues with large potholes (som I've been with him since 2013 and have always leased BMWs. WIth the recent rains in California, the state is having issues with large potholes (some the size of a car tire's radius) and my front right side tire was ruined. The wheel also is damaged. There are shortages of tires but Manfred was able to find a new replacement tire that was at the dealership. He took charge of everything, showed me where the damage was once the car was lifted up and I returned the following morning to pic up the car. I plan to file a claim with LA County since this has been an issue throughout the state. Manfred really helps his customers and I can't say enough about him! More

I had 2 visits over 2 weeks due to parts needing to be ordered. The first visit was pretty bad …the cashier, the parts dept and the service manager were all disinterested in customer service. While waitin ordered. The first visit was pretty bad …the cashier, the parts dept and the service manager were all disinterested in customer service. While waiting for my car, I waited about 20 minutes before I noticed my car was still sitting on the shop floor with no one knowing anything about it. Finally, I had to call the service mgr to step in and get the status. Another 10 minutes passed before my car was returned to me. The apathy and lack of interest and customer service was overwhelming. The return visit was somewhat better. However, I’m not sure why it was necessary to leave my car for 2 days each visit when I had an appointment. Thanks for listening. More
