Poor communication. ...poor service. Car was not ready as promised following routine service...despite two phone calls with dealership in which they indicated it was 're ...poor service. Having purchased a 3 series and M5 at this dealership I cannot recommend it. Beverly Hills BMW is superior in every way from the sales process through the service experience. More

I had a great experience from start to finish Easy to make an appointment Rolled in at my appointment and was seen right away- was sent to Chris who was my advisor. I was sent home in an Uber that SM B make an appointment Rolled in at my appointment and was seen right away- was sent to Chris who was my advisor. I was sent home in an Uber that SM BMW provided and waited for an update. I was updated quickly and was given time estimates. Everything was very efficient and pleasant. Once my car was done, another Uber was arranged. The check out process was great and my car was returned clean. Great experience More
