We have had a few problems with the dealership service - I had a flat and they replaced it, but they didn’t reset the automatic tire pressure monitor so I had to return and ask them to do it. Also, I now see they replaced the tire with a different brand than the other three. Very disappointing if there is no inventory to replace with the same time (this is a new car), but they didn’t tell me they did this (pretty bad). Finally, I need to tell you that the engineering/design of the i4 key is horrible (three pieces, when you separate the valet portion the metal insert falls out (my wife and I both lost them!). I will say the service department (and particularly the manager) was flabbergasted and they said they were writing engineering with the issue. They were quite nice/fun/attentive to this problem, which I appreciated. More

They are always over crowded, the reps, uber/loaner scheduler or the cashiers usually has not idea of what's being done to your car. Both the service rep and the cashier has no idea what was the recall scheduler or the cashiers usually has not idea of what's being done to your car. Both the service rep and the cashier has no idea what was the recall on what kinds change or how long it was going to take. They are focussed on selling us cars not after sales services, sad. More

Had to call 5x to have someone assigned to car. No call received to review work when complete. Didn’t wash the car when done. They also Changed mirrors and seat locations.
