Superlative experience at Santa Monica BMW. My daughter and I drove into LA with our car letting us know that our breaks needed immediate attention; and we still had another 7 hrs to get to her My daughter and I drove into LA with our car letting us know that our breaks needed immediate attention; and we still had another 7 hrs to get to her school, where her report day was in 36 hrs. We explained the situation to our service rep, Cesar Pleitez, and he got our SUV in for service quickly, and the dealership tranported us to a hotel for the night. Our car was ready in 3 hrs, and at less than the estimate. We were able to get on the road the next morning and to our destination in plenty of time. Huge kudos to Santa Monica BMW for great service and customer care! More

I dropped off my car for a routine oil change. I had purchased the oil change package. I didn't have an appointment, so I knew it would take a little longer. I worked with Cesar Pleitez, who I w I had purchased the oil change package. I didn't have an appointment, so I knew it would take a little longer. I worked with Cesar Pleitez, who I was weary of because I worked with him last time, but decided to give him another chance. I was worried because last time, I worked with him, he told me he would text me when the car was ready for pick up but never did. I had to call the service center, and they were like your car has been done for 2 hours. I had my car in for oil change and for a manufacture recall. I tried calling and leaving messages regarding what the recall was for and trying to get an explanation but never got a call back. Back to the current visit, I never heard back from Cesar. He told me the car would be done in the early afternoon. Car wasn't ready until 6:45pm right before they close, and never heard back from Cesar. Cesar is terrible at communication. More
