Santa Monica BMW has always been my preferred Service Center beginning with my 1999 BMW 3 Series. I am not sure how they make that happen, but my BMW has better pick up and a smoother ride than it did when I dropped it off!!! Kudos to your service dept. More

Not to highlight one individual more than another, but my service rep Chris Myers was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of services available to suit my car’s needs. I went in for one service and he talked me into additional, and much needed service. Customer experience alone was a bonus. Succinct communication, and most importantly, great service. The vehicle was was spotless when I picked it up. I’ve been to 9 dealerships in California and countless more back in New York, Santa Monica takes top prize. Don’t forget to ask to see the vintage typewriter keyboard. More

The drop-off and service went smooth, but picking up the car was a strange experience. They couldn't find my car key, so I couldn't drive home. I guess incidents like this happen and that's OK, but while I car was a strange experience. They couldn't find my car key, so I couldn't drive home. I guess incidents like this happen and that's OK, but while I was waiting, I didn't feel re-assured that they were going to find it before closing time. I was left staring into the blank while waiting, not knowing what to do, and not knowing who to talk to. I had to call my wife to bring the spare key so I can pick up the car. They eventually found the key and it was all good, but it was still an experience that could have been improved More
