Chris was rude condensing and tried to upsell for a service I didn’t even need. He assumes that all bmw clients have money and are completely clueless with cars. Yes, I may be a women however my father service I didn’t even need. He assumes that all bmw clients have money and are completely clueless with cars. Yes, I may be a women however my father is a mechanic, races cars and been surrounded in the industry mr whole life. Chris tried to say my coverage was not valid and obsessively calling for me to ace of these charges so my service can be started to only find out it WAS covered and the service was already completed. Will never return to this dealership again. More

My service manager Chris Myers was very effective in communicating with me regarding my brake pad warning sign, maintenance warranty ext. and the service dept.
