Expensive but worth it. I always end up spending more than I expect when I drop off my Jeep Grand Cherokee '12. On this service visit, they admitted to a delay due to the fact that the first new radiator had a leak and another new one had to be ordered from out of town. Then, on the last afternoon, they'd assured me that it would be ready for the weekend, yet they called to say that during final assembly, a piece had slipped and the clockwork spring was broken and couldn't be fixed till Monday. They immediately arranged for a rental car that they paid for to cover the weekend and made sure that the estimated repairs and damage other damaged pieces were fixed before the end of Monday. It may be bit expensive, but i like that they own their problems and fix them expeditiously. More
