These guys used to be the only Chrysler Dealer within 100 miles of my house - I have put over $15K into a car that they can't seem to fix / I have requested work be preformed only to find out later that the miles of my house - I have put over $15K into a car that they can't seem to fix / I have requested work be preformed only to find out later that the work I requested was not actually preformed - When I try to argue the point the answer I get back is - Sorry that service writer is no longer with the company. I am now being told in addition to the $900 more dollars I am being charged for a part THEY BROKE - When I questioned that I was told - prove we broke it !!!!! NEVER EVER EVER take your vehicle to these people !!!!! More
