Each call resulted in a hike in price and a feeble answer as to what was wrong with it. All they had to say was, "Sorry, we don't know what's wrong with it!" I figured them to be knowledgible since they built the SUV, but discovered the antithesis. Very lousy service. I won't be buying another dodge... More

Driving it back to SY, dash alerted a phone issue, and the engine light came on. Didn't trust Santa Maria to touch this truck again. Drove it to Valencia Dodge instead truck has been in shop a week now, they tell us Santa Marie didn't hook up several things correct, plus they want us to pay for the "phone issue" which the truck never had before we took it to Santa Maria. Do not let Santa Maria work on your truck!!! More
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment online. When I arrived at the dealership I stated I had an appointment at 8am, it was a few minutes early, but their service de I made an appointment online. When I arrived at the dealership I stated I had an appointment at 8am, it was a few minutes early, but their service department could not find the appointment I made online. I was told by the service writer (Richard Adams) that I didn't have an appointment, that nobody should ever expect an appointment on a Monday at 8am at a dealership. He had helped a customer that walked away and was incomplete, instead of another writer taking me Richard asked me to have a seat in the waiting room until he could clear his tablet of the previous customer that had walked away. I went to the waiting room to wait at which time I waited for over 30 minutes in which time I was asked for my keys so they could move my car - they then proceeded to handle customers that came in after I did (remember I had an appointment) when I finally went back out to get assistance I was treated poorly although finally assisted - they admitted they had located where I had made an appointment but told I shouldn't have made it for 8am - the service writer was unaware you could make an appointment on line and that the program told you what times were available - so I had chosen an available time/date for my repair issue. I was also told when Richard finally assisted me that he was sorry that a guy had come in by tow and was angry and upset so he helped him first...note there were no less than 4 cars behind me when I went in the room to wait. I was charged for service for what I feel was a flaw in the manufacturing of the vehicle as I was informed it was the wire harness in the door that was falling apart - car is les than 4 yrs old and I asked how that could happen - I was told that just by opening and closing the door - I spoke to the service manager who after my complaint said he wasn't the service manager just filling in while the service manager was on vacation. Another employee (female) from the cashier office stood in the room w/open door to service managers office almost intimidating while I made the complaint - I have attempted to call the owner and the receptionist has made multiple excuses not to transfer me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

service department SUCKS Took in my dodge challenger for a check engine light the engine and what felt like a engine miss firing they told me they couldnt find the problem and Took in my dodge challenger for a check engine light the engine and what felt like a engine miss firing they told me they couldnt find the problem and recomended replacing radiator hoses and bunch of other services that would come out to over thousand dollars and the car only had 36k miles, and still had to pay a diagnose fee on top thats a bunch of bull s#!!%. Took it to another shop and fixed my problem and told me the owners manual recomended the services to be done at 100k miles. WOW. never going back to that place not even to buy a car. More
