Ms Jasmin Harmon was very personable and professional. She processed my information and quickly presented me with several possible options. She appeared sincerely interested in assisting me, but did not hard sell or bombard me with information. I loved her gentle straight forward apporach. If felt like dealing with a member of my family. She even called me a week after the sale to see how I was doing. Nice, very nice! PS: I LOVE my Altima!! More

This was one of the first dealerships I visited after researching various SUVs for several months. I'm an organized person and expect large businesses to be the same. Needless to say, this dealership was researching various SUVs for several months. I'm an organized person and expect large businesses to be the same. Needless to say, this dealership was not. I telephoned the dealership sales department, asking a specific question regarding a sale price and discount offered. I was assured the discount could be applied to the internet sale price. So as I arrived I was "greeted" right at the door by the sales associate who had such a bewildered look when I asked for a certain used vehicle, as if I didn't know what I was asking for. I then showed my printed information on the vehicle and directed him to the stock number. While he searched for the vehicle information, we were directed to an area to sit while waiting. The waiting area chairs were disturbingly soiled with stains everywhere. The thought of sitting on whatever that stain was turned my stomach. Mr. Ayoola Elliott returned to tell me that he 'couldn't find the keys to the car' but we can "still fill out the papers and then take the car tomorrow" when the keys were located (and the car). This seemed unsafe. I then asked him directly and he condescendingly "explained" how the price was calculated. I explained how the sales representative I called assured me that the discount could be applied and he said "the phone representatives don't know the prices, they're just meant to bring you in". I clearly stated I would not pay any more than the price I was told by the "sales associate" so I was introduced the sales manager who expressed shock at my credit score rating. I guess a young female can't have good credit but I digress. The nail in the coffin for this dealership was when the sales manager proceeds to condescendingly say "do you really think you'll find this car at a lower price? Hmph... well, if this was my dealership, I wouldn't even give you the car at this price, I'd charge more". Finally I had to remind them that I needed my license that they had taken. This experience was frustrating, revolting, and extremely disorganized. Even worse, I received repeated phone calls and junk mail from this salesman! I would never recommend them based on what I experienced and saw. More
So this dealer is the type of dealer where you cringe when you have to purchase a car. I will start this out by saying that I belong to a car buying club, it is a service provided to me through my insura when you have to purchase a car. I will start this out by saying that I belong to a car buying club, it is a service provided to me through my insurance company. In this club they list dealers who will honor the price of this car, SAMSONE was supposedly one of them. Here is where the nightmare begins. When I arrived at SAMSONE, we were not greeted by anyone. We had to walk to where the managers were to get assistance. The manager then paged "their best guy". Their "best" is pathetic. He was not very knowledgeable, and certainly seemed like he did not want to be there. Before we sat down with "their best salesman", we asked the manager and the salesman if they would honor the price on the car from our service we have. They said yes. We asked to see the Nissan Z that they had on the lot. Our salesman took 20 minutes to grab the keys; what was comical was when we had to look for the car, he couldn't find it on the lot. The car was right out the front door of the building, not in the back where "Christopher Columbus" said. To actually look at the vehicle it took 30 mins. (20 mins to grab the keys and 10 minutes walking the lot to find the car) which should have been at most a 10 minute process. After looking at the car we decided to look at numbers. Right off the bat the salesman asks if we have a trade, we say yes, he said we would like to see it to get an accurate view of what it is worth. We agree. "Christopher Columbus" takes 20 minutes to get the car to the garage and comes back to talk numbers. He sits down and tells me that the car is worth sticker, not what they said they would honor through my buying club. He tried to make the argument that the options were not included in that price. He kept that argument up until he looked at the details and saw that we had actually researched the options and included them in that price. Once pigeon holed he flat out said he would not honor that. This is when our salesman gets a call saying my trade has been valued and to pick it up. He tells us that he is going to get the car. At this point we get up walk over to the managers area and tell them that the salesman said he would not honor the price through the car buying club. The manager also confirmed that they would not honor it as well. At this point we go back to the desk where our salesman sits and wait for him to return (to our suprise, he was already sitting there, this time it took him 5 minutes to find the garage). The salesman says great news the value of the car is this. Now I am not an idiot, and I have a friend who works in the car sales business, and he looked into for me the Galves (the book that they use to value a trade) on my car. I knew the Galves on my car was 8k this salesman says 6500. FAR BELOW VALUE. I told him I knew the price of the car and he was severely low balling me, he asked me what made me say that. Then I told him I had access to the Galves and I got an exact quote before I walked in. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about. **In short, if you value your time, and are serious about buying a car, drive 15 minutes up the street to EDISON NISSAN. I purchased my car there. They are extremely professional, polite, and best of all hassle free. I bought a NISMO through them, and they gave me more on my trade and honored the car buying club quote even though they were not "apart of it". I am working to get them included in that club because of the experience I have had with them while I am trying to get SAMSONE out of the club.** More
My sales representative, Jasmin Harmon is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, thorough and courteous, while being professional with a smile. Jasmin listened closely to my customer requirements for a knowledgeable, considerate, thorough and courteous, while being professional with a smile. Jasmin listened closely to my customer requirements for a new vehicle and provided multiple options. Prior to providing the options Jasmin ran a credit check and received approval for the top two options she suggested. The second option was a winner that more than fulfilled my vehicle requirements as well meeting my financial requirements. Jasmin diligently worked with the Financial Manager to closely meet my financial requirements. I joyously drove a Nissan Silver Sentra 2.0 S home that same day. I would definitely recommend the Sansone's Auto Mall dealership in Avenel, NJ to others and I would highly recommend Jasmin Harmon to everyone. Jasmin makes you feel like family, since she truly seems to care about your individual needs. More

I did some research on Nissan Quest and was able to get a price quote online. When I went to Sansone Nissan, I was greeted by Ben, who was very pleasant and friendly. After I told him about my online price q price quote online. When I went to Sansone Nissan, I was greeted by Ben, who was very pleasant and friendly. After I told him about my online price quote, he said that he has to discuss it with his manager, Jeff. After we met Jeff, he indicated that they will honor the price quote that we had, even for vehicles that they don't have in stock. We provided them with the specifications for the vehicle that we wanted and they said that they will search the Nissan dealers inventory in the area and will get back to in a couple of days. They called us prompltly in two days and told us that they have located our vehicle somewhere in PA. We went in to complete the necessary paperwork and leave a deposit. Ben drove to PA, on his day off, to pick up our car and had it cleaned and prepared for us, as promised. Our entire new car purchase experience at Sansone Nissan was very positive and we are totally happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family. More

On Saturday Feb 25, 2012 My daughter and I look at a 2009 Nissan Rogue that she had previously talked with the salesman and test drive the vehicle before this date. I had asked many questions about the SU Nissan Rogue that she had previously talked with the salesman and test drive the vehicle before this date. I had asked many questions about the SUV and one being is how was it my problem when the previous owners hadn't turned in the second key and wanted the second key. The salesman said he would look into it but once the money change hands hew forgot all about it and told me to talk to the sales manager who basically said too bad. Second, the vehicle was supposed to come with a full tank of gas. That day on our test drive the low fuel warning light was on saying the tank was near empty. We were told that the vehicle had to be off the lot that day. So my daughter when back a couple of hours later and drive off with a empty SUV. Had to put in $53 of gas on a vehicle that was supposed to be full. Another surprise was that the salesman was not aware of the extended warranty on the Rogue for the transmission. Never went over the certified used car warranty with us. The vehicle basically sold itself. Third, dings or chips out of paint on side panels. No one there to fix that day and would have to come back. Fourth, low tire pressure warning light intermittently coming on while on the test drive. Told the salesman and said it would be taken car of. Fifth, could get license plate off of trade in car and didn't have the bolts to installed the plate on the bought Nissan Rogue, come on your a Nissan dealer and don't have the bolts??? After talking to Cheryl, the Development Manager, an appointment was set up a few days later where all the previous mentioned problems would be resolved. My daughter arrived at the appointed 11am. She was instructed by Cheryl to ask for the Nissan Sales Manager Ray but Ray wasn't suppose to be in till 1pm and Cheryl was off that day. Naturally no one knew what was going on and they took her car to the service dept. One thing is on that day she got the second key but that was about all. They said they only put $20 worth of gas in the car which they say is their policy, I guess they never read their own website that says the car leaves with a full tank. They couldn't have put in $20 since the car already had over three quarters of a tank when she arrived. The guy who touches up the chipped paint wasn't there that day and the low tire pressure light was still not functioning correctly. She was there till 1:30pm and Still hadn't got hold of Ray who was said to be with another customer. I hope that customer had better luck than my daughter. So you can say it was a somewhat wasted trip. More
