I just had the best car buying experience from Sansone Nissan, the salesman Rich and his manager Oscar were incredible. I got everything I wanted and they made it so easy. I was just looking into buying a used 2012 Nissan Altima , I was greeted by Luis and started to show me the car. *( First paragraph is about my negative experience at my local dealer (Newburgh Nissan) which lead me to go to (SANSONE) instead) I don't know where to Start, From the moment I called frantically saturda local dealer (Newburgh Nissan) which lead me to go to (SANSONE) instead) I don't know where to Start, From the moment I called frantically saturday January 19th at 4pm till a few moments ago today january 23rd. My Nissan GTR broke down after filling up with gas in Orange County NY, Diagonally across from Newburgh Nissan about 3:30pm. I called (Newburgh Nissan) and told the service advisor that My GTR wasn't recognizing my key. Basically the push button wouldn't start, allow to put in neutral, unlock steering etc. Long story short, they wouldn't send a tech across the street to help put in neutral and told me drag my $100,000 on the AAA flatbed. Well I had no choice, once dragged up on the bed I arrived at Newburgh Nissan) and they couldn't be more rude or insensitive. They wouldn't store inside till monday, They told me to drop it off in the rear of the lot. I said no way! This is where TRAVIS WALKER AND AL CHIANCA come in. I remembered a few months ago passing by a huge Auto mall called SANSONE in NJ. I googled them and called their service department and spoke with Amy the service Advisor who contacted her Service Manager Al Chianca and then with in minutes Travis Walker called me and reassured me my car would be safely stored at their dealership. They arranged for someone to allow the tow driver to drop my GTR safely indoors till monday till their MASTER GTR Tech ( JIMMY VIG ) could look at. Travis and Al were in CONSTANT contact with me giving me updates on what was going on from first thing monday morning till Wednesday when the part came in and was installed immediately. If you ask me, these guys have gone above and beyond! Even though they are 87 miles away, I wont ever take my car anywhere else for service. I honestly think if I had $1,000.00 car I would of received the same treatment. Thanks SANSONE ! You have a new customer for life. I wont buy or service anywhere else ! More

We were shopping for a very specific model and were told by the internet department at several dealerships that they had what we were looking for in stock... none actually did. Our sales representative at Sansone Nissan, Jasmin Harmon, was very straight forward and honest with us, and explained why we were having such difficulty finding the exact model we were looking for. Jasmin was extremely friendly and patient while helping us find an alternative. She really turned around what had been turning out to be a poor experience. We ended up with a wonderful car for an excellent price. Thanks to Jasmin, and Jose (from the service department), we will definitely continue doing business with Sansone Nissan, despite not being our closest Nissan dealer. More

I put in a deposit for a car on Wednesday and I was going to pick it up on Saturday. I received a call on Friday that they sold my car to someone else. Originally, I was told that the price advertised on t to pick it up on Saturday. I received a call on Friday that they sold my car to someone else. Originally, I was told that the price advertised on the internet was incorrect, but later the manager said that he would honor that price for me. Also, the manager tried to sell me that car for more $$ than what the advertisement price was as I checked the numbers and questioned him about it. This gives a very bad reputation for Nissan Sansone as I will make sure all of my family/friends know how they do business with people. I will also be filing a BBB complaint against Nissan Sansone. Jasmin Harmon and James Cavallaro gave me a reason to come back to Sansone's Nissan. Several years ago, I had an unpleasant experience that really turned me off and my mother was the only reason I came come back to Sansone's Nissan. Several years ago, I had an unpleasant experience that really turned me off and my mother was the only reason I came there today. My mother is 65 years old and got into a bad car accident where her car was totaled. She wanted to go to Sansones because it was closer although I hesitated. Jasmin greeted me at the door before me, my mother and family entered. At first, she didn't look experienced, but she later proved me wrong. By the time she was done with us, I was very impressed and pleased. Additionally, when we were walked upstairs to James Cavallaro, I thought to myself, ok....now this is where the !@$$ will begin. Again, I was proven wrong. James was very straightforward and direct with no extra "gimmicks". He explained everything to my mother and I and there were no hidden agendas. Unlike years ago, the process was very smooth and we didn't feel like our day was wasted. Thank you to Jasmin and James for restoring my confidence in Sansone's Nissan. My mother is very happy with her new purchase and the outstanding customer service that we experienced. More
