I have purchased my last (4) vehicles at Sansone/Nissan. My salesman Ron Kaplan (a great person) has helped me with all of them. I don't see myself making a vehicle purchase anywhere else other than Sansone /Nissan. I consider this dealership as "my" dealership. I went to sansone Nissan with my wife and my son, both of whom had leases coming to an end. We had just left another Nissan dealer that did not have the exact vehicles in the colors we wanted. When we arrived at Sansone Nissan Mr. Elliot was the only one who took the time to acknowledge us immediatly and greet us. Mr. Elliot was very patient and helpful in making sure he found what we needed. He made sure we didn't leave until we were satisfied and got what we needed and at a great price. Kelvin was an amazing salesman! I went in to the dealership and he was the first to greet me as I walked in (mind you, he did not have that obnoxious hustle & bustle attitude, he was very easy-going dealership and he was the first to greet me as I walked in (mind you, he did not have that obnoxious hustle & bustle attitude, he was very easy-going, friendly, and just pleasant overall). My credit isn't in the best shape, but Sansone worked with me and got me approved for a $16,000 car loan. Kelvin provided me with various options that I didn't realize were available to me. I got to Sansone by driving my father's car and when I purchased the new car that same day, Kelvin was able to assist me with getting both cars back home. He was quick, efficient, and NEVER made me feel pressured in any way at all to make a deal. Not feeling rushed to buy the car is definitely one of the main reasons why I accepted the deal with Kelvin & Sansone. The car that I got is in like-new condition and is...perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever about Kelvin or Sansone. More

I went into the dealership with low expectations. Kelvin did a great job finding the car I wanted however did many typical sales tactics. After three hours one day negotiating and three hours another day I did a great job finding the car I wanted however did many typical sales tactics. After three hours one day negotiating and three hours another day I was in the car I wanted. However typical unwanted charges such as window etching were added. Overall Kelvin did a great job. I'm a day away from my tempoary plates expiring and they placed me in a rental until my plates come in. More

Harold is a superior salesman who is warm, friendly, and extremely honest. My husband and I are very particular people, and from the moment wemet Harold last November at Sansone Nissan, every need and expectation was met to the fullest degree. We have purchased two cars from Harold, the most recent being a 2012 Nissan Murano. After purchasing the Murano, Harold kept the SUV for a few days to clean and detail it so that it was in perfect condition. When the car was ready, I was super excited and looked forward to having it for the weekend. Unfortunately,the day I was supposed to pick up the car, my 14 month old son spiked a fever. Knowing I was looking forward to having the car by the weekend, Harold offered to drive the car to my home in Jersey City, approximately 35 minutes from his dealership. He not only delivered the car in perfect condition, but brought a bunch of colorful balloons for my son. He also had an associate follow him to my home in a separate car so that he was able to be driven back to Sansone. This goes above and beyond the call of duty in any salesman or car dealership!
