If you need a Mazda - Joe Guzzo at Sansone Mazda is the salesperson you want. I was 10 seconds from leaving the dealership in anger and fustration with quite a few things - and then Joe Guzzo walked insid salesperson you want. I was 10 seconds from leaving the dealership in anger and fustration with quite a few things - and then Joe Guzzo walked inside and just took care of things. I am not a "traditional" buyer and do not put up with wasting time at the dealer. Joe understood that and my limited time (I had driven over an hour for that particular car) and in just over 3 hours total time at the dealer over two days - I had the Mazda I wanted. I have been buying cars for over 35 years of all makes and models: VW, Kia, Porsche, Benz, Mitsubishi, Audi, etc. We love cars in my family So, in all seriousness, Joe Guzzo was by far the best and most understanding of any rep I have ever dealt with. Would actually be 4 & 3/4 stars, as the only negatives were: 1 - the extreme "low-balling" with the trade-in of an excellent very low-mileage Mercedes, AND 2 - the "chiseling" of the trade-in amount were: 1 - the extreme "low-balling" with the trade-in of an excellent very low-mileage Mercedes, AND 2 - the "chiseling" of the trade-in amount agreed on. THERE IS A COMMON PRACTICE OF SPLITTING THE TAX SAVINGS DIFFERENCE/BENEFIT OFF THE PURCHASE PRICE. Dealers (as here) are still building in added costs to cover overhead, but can go beyond the reasonable sales profit margin with individuals who aren't wealthy.
