Charlie made what is usually a less-than-enjoyable exercise refreshingly easy! We had been to two other Mazda dealers, very unhappy with their approaches, and "games". Charlie was professional, straight-forward, meticulous and friendly. We have purchased numerous cars over the past 30 years, and Charlie was, by far, the best salesperson we've dealt with. No games, no gimmicks. I would highly recommend him. And the financing person made things extremely quick and straightforward - no pushing, no pressure to purchase warranties, etc. Overall, an excellent experience. We checked individual reviews as well as the business bureau accreditations, which narrowed it down to Sansone Mazda in Avenel, NJ; which is 30 miles from my residence. We were pleasantly surprised with the high level of professionalism experienced during the negotiations and financing. They had the cars that best fit our needs and budget. We bought two cars; a black and a red one. Our sales person, Ziggy, went above and beyond to insure that we got the options we wanted within reason. Susan Viegas, Finance manager, expeditiously processed our paperwork and was very friendly. John Bellas , the general manager, treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. More
I stopped by Sansone to inspect a vehicle I saw online. Mr. Caramucci was friendly and courteous in responding to my inquiries. He also told me a deposit had been placed on the vehicle I was interested in weeks earlier, but the potential buyer never came back, so it was available for purchase. After inspecting the vehicle and expressing my interest, he asked for a deposit; I agreed to leave $500.00 on a credit card, and would close the deal in cash two days later. However, instead of running my card for $500.00, Sansone ran it for $2500.00. Mr. Caramucci told me of the "mistake," and asked if that were acceptable to me. I responded in the negative, so he said the $2000.00 overage would be credited back to my card that same day. On the day I was to pick up the vehicle, I received a text message saying, "Our other customer picked up the (vehicle). It will be my pleasure to show you another vehicle in our inventory. I look forward to seeing you later." I was furious as well as insulted at Sansone's deceptive business practices. When I arrived, I demanded my entire deposit. I was told "$2000.00 has already been credited back to my card, and the remaining $500.00 would also be credited by Monday." As of this writing, NONE OF MY $2500.00 DEPOSIT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT! I filed a fraud complaint with the credit card issuer as well as the BBB. I will never recommend anyone do business with Sansone ever. I can't help wondering how they've managed to stay in business so long if this is how they conduct it. More

I went to look for a used car at the dealership, i was met by a salesman outside in the parking lot, i was greeted with a smile and a hello and a joke. Which made me feel better, i am a single women coming to buy a car, thought i would be sold something i didn't want,or fast talked, or talked to like i didn't know anything about cars, but that was not the case Aroon (salesman) was sweet, and funny and made me feel comfortable and at ease. We talked about what i was looking for in a car,weather i had a trade in, it was like talking to a friend. We talked about how much i had to spend on a car,down payment all things i had gone over in my mind on my way to the dealership,It was such a great time and talking to Aroon was easy, well i left the dealership that day with a new Mazda, i just love it ,its everything i wanted in a car,and everyone i had to talk to that day was so very nice and friendly from the finance lady Susan to Managers,to Mr Sansone himself..So if your thinking of buying a used car,or new car, Sansone Auto mall is where you should go. I won't go any where else. More
I need to first say that my husband and I pass by Sansone Mazda quite often when we're running errands on the weekends. We were in the market for a used vehicle and were looking to purchase a used Subaru Fo Mazda quite often when we're running errands on the weekends. We were in the market for a used vehicle and were looking to purchase a used Subaru Forrester or Honda CR-V. We spoke with a few different sales advisors at other dealerships and were unsuccessful with closing the deal for various reasons-desired vehicle was sold or desired vehicle was not available. We decided to stop by Sansone one evening and to our pleasant surprise it was an overall pleasant experience! We stopped by the dealership to test drive and learn more about the Mazda SUV. We had no intentions of making a purchase that evening. However, our minds were changed when we were warmly greeted with a big smile by Aaroon Singh as soon as we walked in the front door. He walked us back to his desk and began to inquire about my interests. Mr. Singh was not pushy. He came across as helpful. It was clear that he was interested in helping us figure out what I needed and what vehicle would best suit my needs. As someone who's been in sales for over 10 years, I can attest that this is best approach because we as customers felt like we had someone who really cared about our needs as oppose to just trying to move out inventory as any cost. Furthermore, Aaroon diligently tried to work within our budget and when he quickly learned that none of the 2014 models were within my budget, he pulled in Keith to see what he could do for us in terms of inventory. Keith found us a vehicle fairly quickly and we put down a deposit and came back over the weekend to finish the negotiation process. Susan helped me secure a better interest rate on a new vehicle loan so I wouldn't have to run back and forth to my credit union to secure the funds. Susan was patient and took the time to explain all of the numbers. She allowed me to read through the contract so that I fully understood what I was reading and signing. Everyone that we came in contact with at this dealership were friendly, patient, and displayed a lovely sense of humor. Most importantly Aaroon, Keith and Susan were very helpful and understanding through this process. It has been 14 years since I last purchased a new car. The fact that I was in the market for a used SUV and purchased a new SUV in less than one week is a testament to the really good professional customer service I experienced at Sansone. Mr. Singh is mature and professional! Keith is very personable, warm and friendly as is Susan. We met a few sales advisors at other locations who were immature and inexperienced. Furthermore, I read online where quite a few of them received poor reviews online. The Sansone staff that we encountered were great! I would highly recommend the dealership to other people for sure. More
