Went in for a used car with low mileage and in great condition. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Alston but had a few bumps in the road (hence the lower rating of customer service). There were two other employees (salesmen), that i am leaving unnamed that were rude, did not want to get us the answers we needed and we spent 4 hours trying to work something out. My fiance and I felt like everyone but Roger was not wanting to help us. Not only did Roger work WITH us, but he worked FOR us. He really got the answers we were asking and didn't shove it off like we were nobody's. He really took time with us and explained to us everything we asked in ways we could understand. He spoke clear and concise and was very knowledgeable, and really helped us get the best deal. I would recommend Roger to anyone shopping at that Dodge Dealership, i think the other two salesmen are great people but because my fiance and I are young that may have been overlooked. Overall our experience was great. We got a great deal on a great car but my advise would be to know what you want and stick to it. More

Once you leave the lot, if you have any issues with the vehicle, it is very difficult to get an answer or even a return phone call. And while I love the Jeep, after getting it home I noticed several cosmetic issues. I called trying to find out if this was something that the dealer would take care of of if I had to address it on my own. I WASNT EVEN ASKING FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE TAB - JUST SOME DIRECTION. It was very difficult to get a reponse of even the guidence I was lookin for. I'm actually worried about taking the vehicle back for my 1st service appointment. I called and spoke to Clifford on the phone and asked if he has any Dodge Challengers in his lot and he said yes.
