We went into this dealership knowing what we wanted. Roger Alston made our buying experience the best we ever had. He was patient, hard working and did his very best to fit our budget. We came all the way from NY to NJ because we heard nothing but good things about this dealership and it paid off! The people here were friendly, understanding and very accomidating. I would definetly recommend coming here because of it's huge in stock inventory with a big selection. But, I would especially come to deal with Roger Alston. Give him and the dealership a try. You will not be disapointed!!! More
Why? First, we walked in went to the customer service desk and met Miguel. Told him we weren't sure if we were in the right place or not but we were looking to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler. He said we were in the correct place and imideiately took us under his wing, as he saw we were lost looking. We went to his desk he took some information from us and then out we went into the sea of jeeps. We told Miguel what it was we were looking for and he jumped on it. We finally decided on the jeep that we wanted to test drive he got the keys and off we went, all the time we were laughing and having a memorable time. Unlike our first experience at another jeep dealership that we did not return to and that we had purchased a jeep from about a year ago... After we were all done with our test drive we went back to Miguel's desk filled out the paperwork he came back from the finance dept. with all the details of the purchase asked us what we thought of the terms.... We told him nope we weren't pleased with the terms and told him what we were wanting or expecting... Miguel went back to the finance dept. they worked on it again, and then he came back to us with the new proposal and WOW! Miguel came through for us and got us just what we wanted. We said that this was the first time ever that we got what we wanted from any auto dealership. I feel that Miguel went above and beyond to get the deal done to our satisfaction and had I known Miguel prior to this exp. I would have purchased my first jeep, which is only a year old, from him. I can say with confidence that had Miguel not been able to work out this sale to our likings we would not have purchased the jeep as we weren't in need of a car/truck/suv but because of Miguel wanting to please us as the customer he ended up with the sale... This is my second car purchase from Sansone. I bought a NEW 2010 Nissan Rogue and within the first week the transmission went. I had to bring the car back to the dealership 4 times and call Nissan before NEW 2010 Nissan Rogue and within the first week the transmission went. I had to bring the car back to the dealership 4 times and call Nissan before they finally replaced it. I traded that car in and bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue just 18 days ago. I told them I had 3 sticking points, it had to be AWD, had to have the back up camera and I didn't want silver. We worked out all the details and I asked about getting one with a navigation and was told that they install after market. So I agreed and had the price rolled into my financing. I made sure to confirm that the navigation would be compatible with my Bluetooth, Handsfree, XM Radio and Backup Camera. They, of course, said yes. So I drove off the lot with an appointment to bring the car in the following Tuesday. About an hour after driving off I noticed it wasn't AWD. I called and went back in and they gave me the AWD. Of course they tried to get me to pay more for it, but it was their mistake not mine and I won that round. I brought the car in for the navigation and left it for the whole day. Amy, in service was fantastic and did her best to keep me in the loop. When I called at 3:30 to see what was going on I was told that it was not compatible with all of the features I had on the car and they needed to get another few parts for it. I was told they wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday and once they got it in they would call me. I didn't hear from anyone, but it was Christmas that Friday so I figured I would be patient and wait. The following Tuesday came around and I called to find out the part never came in. At that point I called the GM who made some calls of his own only to tell me, miraculously, the parts had come in. So I made the appointment to bring my car back in the next day, Wednesday. They gave me a rental car and told me it would be done by 3. At 3:30 I called to find out that some of the features still weren't working and they needed more time. Another whole day without my car. Yesterday I was told it was ready and everything was working and I could come get it. I went at 3PM and thankfully, I sat in the car for 30 minutes trying to test everything. Turns out the Handsfree and the XM did not work. So I sat at the dealership until 6PM while they continued to fix it. Finally I had to rent another car (on the dealership's dime) and leave my car there. The guy fixing it told me that he saw no reason why it wouldn't be done that night and I should be able to get it first thing in the morning. They open at 7AM but I never heard from them. At 9:30AM I decided to call and check and I still don't know the status. I have never been so frustrated in my life. All for a navigation system. If they had just put me in a different model WITH a navigation already in it I wouldn't be writing this! I tried to speak with the GM again yesterday but it turns out he is off until Saturday (New Years Eve). This is unacceptable at this point. I have been patient and kind but now I have been pushed to the brink. More

Initial salesperson did not do a good job. When Vernon Faith became our salesperson, the service improved immeasurable. He is very knowledgeable, follows up and provides excellent customer service. I had a great experience with the service in the Chrysler. Frank Nicodemo was friendly and delivered what he promised.
