Roger took his time and explained each option which would work in our best interest. It took us overnight to make a big decision but because of Roger and following up the next morning and really caring about our needs and he was so polite and not pushy we decided to come back and talk one last time. After meeting with Roger again and Dean working with us also we came in with our Chrysler 300 limited 2005 which I loved and took great care of and left with a Chrysler 300 C 2011 and was the happiest family. We also met at the end the greatest Business Manager Mike P and he explained everything and answered all our questions.
