I feel so fortunate to have had Max as our salesman. He worked so hard and was diligent in helping us get a great deal on our new car. We have worked with many other dealers/ salespeople before and never h worked so hard and was diligent in helping us get a great deal on our new car. Vernon Faith sold me my new 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Ed. yesterday. I have to say he was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. This is the fifth vehichle I have bought and this was my best experien yesterday. I have to say he was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. This is the fifth vehichle I have bought and this was my best experience. He was friendly, straight forward, and did not try to play any games. It showed he had my best interests in mind and that is why I bought a truck from him. Vernon stayed with us till after after 11 at night just to make sure I got to take my truck home the same day. I would recommend Vernon to ANYONE looking to get a new vehicle. I will be coming back to ONLY him once my lease is up. Greta job Vernon :-) More

I can recommend Sansone without reservation. Their organization and personell demeaner in their showroom (Chrysler products) was great. I cannot even begin to describe the rude and disrespectful treatment I received from her. After giving her my name, she had me sign for them, then xxxxxxdown the plates, and walks away to her chair ( her Ipod was more important, I guess) and did not even say thank you, or anything else for that matter. I guess CUSTOMERS are worthless AFTER they buy from Sansone. Check you security cameras! When I bought my vehicle last Monday my salesman Peter, was pleasant, helpful and went out of his way in every way possible. I, in no way, hold him responsible for this shabby treatment. This woman contacted me that my plates were in but to my understanding, she should of notified him as well , because I, know Peter would have went the extra mile to make sure the customer came first. I would have thought she would have let him know, but again I guess her music was more important then customer service or her job. I can only hope the incompetence does not, in anyway, effect my service at Sansone in the future. I will say, a salesman who was helping a woman two parking spaces over, after hearing me state loudly how I was mistreated, offered to help. I was SO upset, I walked back in and asked the woman at Jeep customer service for a screw driver. She placed one down and stated “ Here but it is broke on one end and I’m not sure if it will work“. Hint: lack of customer appreciation or concern. As for the salesman who offered , I thanked him and told him it was not his fault, which it was not . I never did get assistance with my plates, they are under my front seat. As I said in the parking lot in front of customers my displeasure, that I am too upset and left. Maybe they too received a taste of what I experienced from your customer service. Again, for the record, my salesman was a kind helpful gentleman. I still have yet to hear from anyone from management as of this writing. I wrote to Sansone in May, today is June 17, 2012 and still nothing. To show you how messed up they are, I received a free oil change coupon earlier this month good till 07/07/2012??? Hello I just bought my JEEP on May 14, 2012. Anyhow when I called there the girl that finally picked up the phone tells me well they should accept my coupon after the fact I explain I just bought my jeep and according to the schedule maintenance book 6 months or 8,000 miles which ever comes first. PS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOUILD HOLD MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOW MANY MANY VEHICLES ARE UNLOCKED WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. WHAT LAME SECURITY AS WELL. THE GUARD SITS THERE DOING NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE GOING INTO VEHICLES WHEN THE DEALERSHIP IS CLOSED. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS LOL. Funny, I still get some sales person I callig me to buy from them.
