The day turned out a mess. I was stuck at work with no ride and my plans were to pick up my vehicle and pick up my daughter from dance class. None of that happened. Do not take your car to this location, management and his staff will not treat you like a valued customer. The service department here is so bad that the company itself is losing a lot of money because they refuse to read these complaints and fire the people who cost more than they make.from management down to his staff needs to be replaced, im never happy leaving there . They act like they own the business. My brand new Jeep gives me nothing but grief because of the service department and there lazy mechanics , always saying nothings wrong so they don’t have to work. Absolutely terrible experience. Dropped our car off for a recall and an ongoing issue. They had our car for over a week with zero communication. Zero phone calls back. They claimed my car needed over $3,000 in parts (including a new computer) when all it needed was a $400 part. They also reinstalled one part incorrectly which caused several other issues before gi (including a new computer) when all it needed was a $400 part. They also reinstalled one part incorrectly which caused several other issues before giving it back to me after I declined the repairs. After replacing the one $400 part and correctly installing the other part, everything worked fine. More
