okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with Carlos regarding my interest in a vehicle and at the time I was still unsure about purchasin okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with Carlos regarding my interest in a vehicle and at the time I was still unsure about purchasing the vehicle that day and was just looking to get pricing information in order to compare with other dealers. After dealing with carlos I was very satisfied with this first meeting, but was still unsure about purchasing. After I left the dealership unlike many other dealers I have dealt with I did not recieve hassling calls to come back and purchase the vehicle. One call to find out how it was going on my search was all it took and I believe I told him I wasn't actually looking anymore because of financial reasons. Long story short, I was in the market again in another month or two and just came back to the dealership to see if anything new had arrived on lot and to see what can be done because I had made a few other stops to some dealers prior to this and recieved a quote I had liked. I wanted to give these guys the chance to match or beat the price I was being offered at another location and these guys knocked it out of the park. Carlos was very helpful, and considerate with my time and what I wanted to get from my purchase. He understood that I was the one buying the car and ultimately I would have to be happy with the choice. He made the process very simple and easy with no underlying gimmicks or tricks that many other dealers use. The numbers were right there in front of us and the discounts and rebates were explained fully in the numbers. By the end of the day I felt relieved that I was signing for a new vehicle and I was not hassled in the process. Also when dealing with Mike the finance agent I can honestly say he knew his stuff and that is something that is very marketable to any company. I do not want to be forced a 26,000 dollar payment and have my terms described to me by somebody who is not passionate about their job nor do they care what is in my best interest as the borrower in order to repay this amount. Overall, I would say that this dealer is definitely a go to for me and if anything I would probably go back to them if I am ever seeking to purchase a new vehicle in the future. More
I would definitely recommend Sansone Automall. Our experience there was phenomenal. I have purchased many new cars over the years and mostly every time it was always a hassle getting what I wanted. This time around Gisselle Salvador (from Nissan) assisted my wife and I in purchasing a new every time it was always a hassle getting what I wanted. This time around Gisselle Salvador (from Nissan) assisted my wife and I in purchasing a new Jeep Patriot. When we arrived at Nissan, Gisselle greeted us and was more than happy to show us a few vehicles that my wife was interested in. After a test drive we asked Gisselle if she could show us a Jeep Patriot, and again she was more than happy to walk over to the Jeep location and show us around. Now this is where Gisselle's customer service skills really started to shine, she was out of her normal comfort zone (cars she normally deals with) but proceeded with exceptional grace and confidence. If she was not sure about a feature or option she made sure to get us the right answer, she took her time in showing us different Jeeps that my wife might like and in the end my wife chose the Jeep Patriot. We then proceeded to negotiate the terms of our lease and again Gisselle showed that even though she was new to the business, she could make a deal happen. She never gave us the runaround and most importantly she made us feel that she was on our side the whole time. Gisselle never pressured us and we must say she has the patience of a Saint. She had gotten us the deal we wanted at the price point we all could live with, next we were off to the finance department. This is where Mike Petkov come into the picture and again shows that not all dealerships are created equal. Mike was very proficient in his job and very fast I must add. He guaranteed that he would get us the best deal and he delivered on that promise. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, and I can not stress enough that it is hard for me to say that about anyone who is taking my money. Mike took his time to go over the terms and what everything in black and white meant, which was very comforting. At the end of the day we spent an hour and a half looking at cars and walked out of the dealership with a brand new vehicle. This experience was the best car buying experience I have ever gone through, so much so that two days later I went back and bought another Jeep Patriot with the help of Gisselle and Mike again. I took my Chrysler Town & Country minivan to their service department for a simple oil change. It was discovered the oil pan needed to be changed (May 30, 2013) which was covered under my maximum care service department for a simple oil change. It was discovered the oil pan needed to be changed (May 30, 2013) which was covered under my maximum care extended warranty. Picked up the car on June 3, 2013 and called the service department right away while driving home NOW the car's engine was making rattling noises. Told to bring the car back in the morning by Paulo Lopes (they might have to tighten something). Dropped the car on June 4, 2013 to their service department. Finally, I was told the car is fixed on June 17, 2013 and I picked it up. Again, called them right back the noises were still coming from the engine. Told to bring it back in the morning again, also discovered in the morning that the car had a huge anti-freeze fluid leak too. June 18, dropped the car back at the service department -- Paulo and Ray were both there and witnessed the poor condition (UNSAFE) they had sent my car home. Embarrassed at this point and I am told a loaner is ready for me at Enterprise, July 3, 2013, I was called by Chrysler case manager that the car is fixed (no contact from any one from Sansone at all). This time around told to take the car for a test drive by Paulo. The same noises are still coming from the engine but Ray (service manager) did not hear them since he took it for a test drive earlier. Now, Ray took the car for a test drive with me in the car and he could NOT DENY the loud noises coming from the engine. Told by Ray, he will call me by the end of the day regarding the car since he has an idea NOW as to the problem. NO CALL NO CONTACT FROM ANY ONE TIL AUGUST 2,2013 A MONTH LATER. Now, I am told by Paulo that the car is fixed plus informs me that I am responsible for part of the cost of the loaner. Test drove the car, looks like no one has even touched it for the past month the same problem exists. Returned to the service department, I am treated very UNPROFESSIONALLY by them and Paulo does not even want to talk to me at this point. Paulo tells me that I need to talk to Ray who is busy at accounting right now and does not know how long he will be. Ray will call you. No call from Ray. Soon after, I called Enrterprise to see were I stand with the loaner car -- I am informed by them that according to Paulo my car is fixed and I need to return the loaner today. This is after I left there service department. I called Paulo back and again told need to speak with Ray. Finally, Ray calls me back and declares they only replaced the oil pan and NOW AFTER 2 MONTHS have come to the conclusion that they are not responsible for the noises from the engine. He blames his Chrysler Representative since he has been informed by him that the diagnostic charges will not be covered any more (IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS). They can still try to fix my car if I pay for the diagnostic charges. THE STUPIDEST SUGGESTION EVER CONSIDERING ALL THE FACTS. My car is still not fixed plus i am being forced pay for a loaner car that they were providing while they worked on mine.They took my reliable family car with no problems at all and wrecked it. Please HELP!!!!!!! More

Sansone Jeep and their staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire process. I came in with an internet quote that only applied to current vehicles on the lot, but they honored the and professional through the entire process. My salesman, Eloy Arocho, was great through the entire process. He kept in constant contact about the status of the locate, and when the vehicle was available, made the pick-up process as painless as possible. Both he and the business manager Tim didn't put on any hard sales tactics -- offered what they had available, and accepted my answers, no pressure. More

Robert, an outstanding gentleman when I ender the showroom he greeted me as a friend not a sale person, shook my hands and introduce himself and asked how can he be of assistance.
