The best nonstress experience of a lifetime I have to say I simply love Sansone dealership expecially Mike Pachytel & Mike petkov. We had originally went to Sansone in March 2014. We had also visited another dealership we will call dealership X. That was the worst experience, that me and my boyfriend could had ever went through.. We had been dealing with this dealership for almost 3 months beleiving in what they were telling us reasons why we coulndt get the car we wanted and the deposit went from $3000, to $5000, to $7000, to $11,000. ...and they even asked for paycheck stubs etc for real what happen to checking credit reports, .But we never got the car we wanted only what they wanted us to get. So my boyfriend and I said lets go back to Sansone and see Mike Pachytel, So we called Mike and he welcomed us to come by on Monday June 9th.... And the most amazing thing happened my boyfreind got his car the same day can you beleive it we are still pinching oursellves and thanking God for the amazing Sansone experience. I recommend this dealership to everyone trust and beleive this is the Truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God. Bad Diagnoses of Brakes On 3/28/14, I brought my 2012 Jeep Sahara for an oil change and ask the service tech to look at the brakes. When I picked up my Jeep, I spoke to the On 3/28/14, I brought my 2012 Jeep Sahara for an oil change and ask the service tech to look at the brakes. When I picked up my Jeep, I spoke to the service tech (ray Dimperio) and he told me that my brakes were fine. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. A few days later, on 4/2/14, my back brakes failed and damaged my rim. When I returned to the service department and told them what happened, I was told by Paulo Lopes that it was difficult to see the back brake pads (even though the paper work states "World Class Inspection". I was charged $420.71 due to the damaged back rotor that was replaced. On 4/3/14, I spoke to the service manager, Jim Canteomo, by phone and explained what happened. Jim called me back told me that he will credit half the bill with either parts or service. I was not happy with the incident, so I asked Jim to see if he could help make me a happy customer and help negotiate a trade with my Jeep to get a 2014 Jeep. He past me to the sales group where I was given what I would say was a sales guy that needed to ask his manager everything. At the end, I was even more frustrated. I decided to keep my 2012 Jeep. In good faith, I made an appointment to have my front brakes serviced on Friday 5/2/14. I left a message on Jim’s office phone (732) 815-2454 letting him know of my appointment. The date of my appointment, I dropped off my Jeep and asked for Jim. They told me they don’t know where he is and couldn’t reach him. I left another message on Jim’s voice mail to let him know my car was being serviced. When I picked up my car, again they couldn’t reach Jim and told me he left for the day. I was told I had to pay or they wouldn’t give me my car. I paid the $286.23 bill! On Monday 5/5/14, I reached Jim at his phone and he said that he will credit my card. On Monday 5/19/14, after waiting two weeks my credit card was not credited so I reached out to Jim again. he took my cerdit card number again. On Tuesday 5/27/14, I again reached out to Jim, this time he told me that he will send out a check to my address. After not receiving a check I called back the next week (6/3/14) and Jim told me that he only submits a request and that the check needed to be processed and that he would follow up. As of today, all I have are empty promises and $over $700 of unnecessary brake work. Thanks!! More

Let me start my review by saying that I never left a dealership feeling so satisfied. My husband and I looked at each other and said...wow, this was too easy!!! What first impressed me were the smiles dealership feeling so satisfied. My husband and I looked at each other and said...wow, this was too easy!!! What first impressed me were the smiles and friendliness of all the people, even those that were not involved in my sale. My experience started with Tareq Deeb who would help us or said he would get someone. In comes Jose B. with a smile and a great sense of humour, full of energy. Yes, we did do our homework before we went to Sansone. We knew exactly which van we wanted and with what features, We were fortunate that we found one right there on the lot, a beautiful red 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The financial part was taken care of by Mike Petkov who was so bright and helpful and made it all so easy. The whole process of buying our new car was orderly, friendly and most of all, we feel the price was right!!! Thank you to Tareq, Jose B and Mike for a job well done!!! More

I initially came to the dealership just to look around but met Mike Petkov (my salesperson ) who was very helpful and wanted me to go home with truck that I described. I expected a pushy salesperson when I showed up at the dealership but was pleasantly surprised when I experienced the opposite experience since I came alone and I didn't feel uncomfortable when dealing with Mike. I had a great experience at this dealership and have received several phone calls to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle because of their professionalism and courteous way they treat their customers. More
okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with Carlos regarding my interest in a vehicle and at the time I was still unsure about purchasin okay, So I went to these guys once before and met with Carlos regarding my interest in a vehicle and at the time I was still unsure about purchasing the vehicle that day and was just looking to get pricing information in order to compare with other dealers. After dealing with carlos I was very satisfied with this first meeting, but was still unsure about purchasing. After I left the dealership unlike many other dealers I have dealt with I did not recieve hassling calls to come back and purchase the vehicle. One call to find out how it was going on my search was all it took and I believe I told him I wasn't actually looking anymore because of financial reasons. Long story short, I was in the market again in another month or two and just came back to the dealership to see if anything new had arrived on lot and to see what can be done because I had made a few other stops to some dealers prior to this and recieved a quote I had liked. I wanted to give these guys the chance to match or beat the price I was being offered at another location and these guys knocked it out of the park. Carlos was very helpful, and considerate with my time and what I wanted to get from my purchase. He understood that I was the one buying the car and ultimately I would have to be happy with the choice. He made the process very simple and easy with no underlying gimmicks or tricks that many other dealers use. The numbers were right there in front of us and the discounts and rebates were explained fully in the numbers. By the end of the day I felt relieved that I was signing for a new vehicle and I was not hassled in the process. Also when dealing with Mike the finance agent I can honestly say he knew his stuff and that is something that is very marketable to any company. I do not want to be forced a 26,000 dollar payment and have my terms described to me by somebody who is not passionate about their job nor do they care what is in my best interest as the borrower in order to repay this amount. Overall, I would say that this dealer is definitely a go to for me and if anything I would probably go back to them if I am ever seeking to purchase a new vehicle in the future. More
