Helpful till I was satisfied. I will go back again. The dealer we sold me the car was a Jeep dealer in Princeton we took no pride in the condition in which the sold me the Jeep. Run, don't waste your time. They do not care! Went there today, 23 November to ask the service manager Dave who I thought was helping me with an on going issue with the extended warranty from Ph Went there today, 23 November to ask the service manager Dave who I thought was helping me with an on going issue with the extended warranty from Phoenix they sold me. See I have emails back and forth from Dave, who said that the shop failed to perform the work that they charged me. (they were caught and they knew it). Asked about the above extended warranty issue problem which his email from November 09, 2016 he stated his manager was informed of everything and to give them some time. Dave tells me this morning the warranty company is still not paying but he will go to his manager to see if he can do anything. Well Dave if you went to him on the 9th why would you say that now. This place, in my opinion, lies! Even last October, I have emails from going back and forth with one of the service girls whom kept bugging me for all 10”s on her review card, some of the same issues were never corrected. Even back in May this year the service department stated on the check sheet my tires need to be replaced next service. Well here we go again. Now this October 2016 the service check sheets stated my tires were fine. THEY DO NOT PERFORM THE WORK YOU PAY FOR! I have all my receipts, emails and Dave complaining on my voice mail how come I gave a poor rating, really Dave. Like I told him blame your employees, they failed YOU! While there, I mentioned to Dave I was thinking of making a 4’X 8’ sign stating that the extended warranty Sansone sells is useless and placing it in the back of my pick up, so others do not suffer as I have. He just still sat in his chair as if so what. Not even a handshake. Well while out with my pick up a little while ago getting a cup of coffee, a nice couple asked me what is up with the sign issue. Well showed them all my emails and let them listen to my voice mail from Dave. The couple seemed shocked by the copies of emails and listening to Dave cry. Tim and Carol, it was nice meeting you two as well others at the convenient store this afternoon. I do hope you stay away from Sansone, in my opinion, like you said you would when you buy that car for your daughters Christmas gift. Next, I was greeted nicely by a young lady sitting in the service. Good so far, but here is when it goes down hill. I pull my vehicle in as instructed and go to the second booth to speak to a service representative. She writes me up and I notice that she is putting a diagnostics charge for every issue I'm stating I have. I asked why is that and her reply was" oh the techs will not work on the vehicle unless they see that". Ok so then she tells me the issues I'm having are not under warranty. I explained to her I have the Mopar Vehicle Protection plan, then it's was a different attitude. After that I was going to leave the vehicle for service and said I would like the shuttle service home please. I was told the shuttle doesn't go to Elizabeth only linden. Which I couldn't understand cause it's only a few more miles down the same highway. So I had to pay $35, for a cab. So I received a call around 4pm from the service advisor ( the same lady), telling me that she needs another day with my vehicle when it was dropped off 9am in the morning. I am very upset with that and I picked up my vehicle. I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR MY SERVICE!! More
Service I came to do an oil change on my truck. The lady received me promptly and told me they where going to do a checkup of all fluids, top them off if nee I came to do an oil change on my truck. Not only did they do the oil change but left oil handprints all over the front driver side fender. Next I realized they didn't turn off the "oil change due" on my dash but, did put the decal when the next oil change is due. Of course i did not see it until I got home. However they push you to change all the parts that are wore down but I'm glad I did not go threw with it because if they can not handle a simple oil change how would they tackle the more intricate jobs. Bought a new SUV but realized it was too small for me, went back the next day and was able to switch it for a different one I wanted (luckily my loan didn't process through yet so I was able to do this). They were also very nice about it. Max was the first salesman I ever had that was straightforward with me and didn't make me feel like he was just trying to BS me to get a sale. I'll definitely be sending more people his way!! Being someone in the military and law enforcement I'm skeptical with trusting people but Max was great, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. excellent I want to start off saying that I hate going to dealerships I walked in this one angry that I had to be there and was greeted by a salesman by the nam I want to start off saying that I hate going to dealerships I walked in this one angry that I had to be there and was greeted by a salesman by the name of Rocky I thought it was a joke but it was on his name tag I asked to test drive a Durango and he only had 1 of the color I wanted he told me to have a seat at his desk and he would bring it up a couple minutes went by and he pulled it up letting me and my husband ride in the front I was a little confused by his actions because he didn't show a salesman side to him we test drove and laughed the whole ride while he explained the features to us long story short we bought the car we stay in touch More

I was in a rough situation, needing to trade my current lease in early for a bigger vehicle to accommodate my family. Mike made it happen and was able to get me a great deal on a new 2015 Dodge Durango. The other dealerships I went to previously didn't even come close to the deal we made or the professionalism. I was very impressed with the way Mike conducted himself. He was never pushy or made me feel uneasy. He is very knowledgable and truly enjoys what he does. Mike was always there to help with any question I had and made the process quick and easy. In the finance department, Timothy Alston was very helpful and respectful as well. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Because of my great experience, I would recommend the Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership and my salesman Mike Zeiden to any person looking for a new vehicle. More
Very unpleasant experience I had a very unpleasant visit at this dealer. It started by me being there for about a half hour, and not one person greeted me. I walked outside to look at the used pick up trucks, and when I walked back in about 15 mins later, I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. He asked if I needed help, and I told him that I would like to get a closer look at a used pick up truck that was outside. Very politely, he replied that he would get me someone that would be able to help me. I waited a few minutes when a salesman approaches me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in the used blue 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport that was outside. He replied by saying that he would get the keys so we can get a closer look at the vehicle. About 20 to 30 mins went by where he couldn't find the keys to the vehicle. He said the used car manager had them, then the used car manager said he gave them to the shop, then the shop said they gave them back to the manager, and so on so on. (Very frustrating). We finally look at the car, and it was everything I expected. Very, very nice. I asked him how much the truck was and points at the sticker which is much higher then what the website says... And that's when I knew I was in for a roller coaster ride. When I told him what price I saw, he said that I have to print the ad and bring it with me to get the discounted price. I don't recall reading that on cars.com. Either way he said he would honor the price and asked if I was willing to sit and go over some numbers, which I agreed. We sit down and he asks me where it is that I want to be price wise. The "internet price" is $36,591 so I said I was willing to go $34,000 which would have been a check a few days later from my credit union. The salesman, who's name I still don't know at this point after about an hour of interaction leaves and said he would present it to his manager... After about another half hour later, the salesman, who finally introduced himself as "Rocky" sits down and puts a paper in front of me with some outrageous numbers in the $44,000 range. I was completely blown away, but at that point I thanked "Rocky" for his help and proceeded to get up. He said, wait, that his manager would want to talk to me. After waiting approximately 15 to 20 mins, he walks back ALONE and his exact words were, "Yea, the price is what it is." That made me feel like I did not matter and was not worth the managers time. So I grabbed my children, and left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I will not be returning or will not be letting anyone close to me do business with this dealer. I have never been treated so unfairly in all of my car buying experiences. More

DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM, IT SUCKS AND THEY HAD NO RECORD I PAID 1000.00 FOR IT. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY SELL LEMONS. PLEASE NOTE: I HAD TO CLICK A NAME. MY SALES GUY NO LONGER WORKS THERE AND HE WAS FIRED THE DAY AFTER I PURCHASED MY CAR. More
