Horrible disgusting completely full of mostly incompetent I brought vehicle under an alledge and sold to me bumper to bumper warranty well it came in for a small light issue well after wrk and a half they tap I brought vehicle under an alledge and sold to me bumper to bumper warranty well it came in for a small light issue well after wrk and a half they taped me for everything else that I didn’t request to get fixed and the they charge me for the light issue and never fixed it this place is horrible and I don’t recommend it please do not be naive when either purchasing a vehicle here or buying a full alledge bumper to bumper and for that matter if they already started wrong you can’t imagine their service department incompetent under payed none caring for employees and you already know you the customer pays for everything they don’t get payed for so I seriously stress don’t purchase from here. And I don’t expect nor do I want a response for this review as I should have never have been put in this situation in the first place if their priorities would be correct in the customer service and vehicle service department More

Waste of time I’ve leased my last 2 jeeps from Sansone with no problems. 3rd time wasn’t a charm. After Sansone calling to see if I like to return my lease early I decide to stop in. I wanted to see the 2019 but was told they had none . So I test drove a 2018 which I liked. When I sat down to talk payments they gave me a quote for a 2019. Which I did not understand why or how they came up with this price. The salesman Steve seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered or was inexperienced in selling cars. The manager tony with his tough guy attitude told me to go to NISSAN if I like a deal. Jamie from I guess customer service contacted me to see how my experience was on sat. She seemed surprised when I filled her in. Her paper work had a quote that was incorrect She was going to inquire about this but haven’t heard back. More

I just received a call from the service writer at the new dealership. Among other things, he informed me that I needed new transmission and differential fluids as they look to be the original fluids. I didn't understand how this was possible as Sansone did this work when recommended. The new dealership was certain and said they could provide proof. I can't wait to get the proof and get in Sansone's face. More

A stupid customer is their best customer So I go in I see a 17 challenger gt I like. I speak to a salesman James who wants me to take it for a ride. He comes back with a valuation of my car 2000.00 less then it’s worth and give me a price for his car 3300.00 more then there asking price on car guru. He really thought I was one of his normal stupid customers. Seriously anything this dealership can do for you any dealership can do for you. Stay away at all cost unless you enjoy getting ROBBED. Research everything. Know your credit score before you go. They mark up the interest as well. More
