Extremely Happy!! My wife thought she wanted a different make and model vehicle, even though she has been driving a Ford Sports Trac..and loves it. I want to get rid of my Chevy Cobalt...hate it!!!!So we went to a Nissan and Honda dealerships. Wrong plan....lets just say I would never recommend either dealers. We stopped in at Faulkner Ford...they are close to us. They were nice. But then we heard about Sands of Red Hill. Mark Rychlak greeted us when we walked in. I was not expecting to be in the market for a new vehic I purchased a new Ford Explorer from Mark Rychlak at Sands, and it was a terrific experience. I was not expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle, but when I ran into issues with an older Ford it was time to explore the option of trading in the vehicle for a new vehicle. Mark was very easy to deal with in the process, and made the entire process very easy. I was impressed with how transparent and open he and the Manager were through the entire process, and it went smoothly and quickly and I received a very fair deal.
