Dear gsimmonsbbu I’m very sorry you did not like your experience. The experience you describe is not how we operate or how our other customers view their experience. After reviewing the situation with those involved, I believe we could have done a better job communicating with you. At the time when we removed the keys from the desk, we already knew your offer was thousands below our sale price and our price was out of your desired budge. All of our vehicles are priced below market as we use the latest technology to research prices of vehicles on the web. This is our form of advertising as our low prices attract customers searching on the web for transportation and a no hassle good deal. It’s a transparent process eliminating the need to negotiate for a better deal as the old traditional process of pricing high and making the customer negotiate is not the way we do business anymore. The transparent pricing process is easier for the customer to know what they are really going to pay for a vehicle. All of our prices are under book value and priced lower than others like it for sale. Since we were so far apart and our price was already very low, we felt that vehicle wouldn’t work for you and we would try to find something else. If you were simply trying to negotiate, I’m sorry we didn’t understand your intentions. I’m sorry we didn’t communicate that better to you, as we were just trying to accommodate all our customers. At that same time, we had another customer who was waiting to see the vehicle too. As for aggressive behavior related to selling cars, that is not something we condone. Our cars are for sale to any customer until a signed agreement and deposit is secured. Exactly the same as other car dealers, real estate and other high dollar businesses. You certainly had the opportunity to buy that vehicle first and we feel you made your decision not to buy it based on your offer. We work very hard to be accommodating to all customers.
